The Motovino Method is over twelve years worth of wisdom transformed into a toolkit for organizations wanting to drive their professional development initiatives forward with unique programs that nurture team cohesion and professional growth within their labor force. Our tailored programs are also great for entrepreneurs seeking to sharpen their business skills and gain a competitive edge in the the marketplace.

Wine culture has the ability create bonds between people from all walks of life. Tiffany introduced this added feature as a way to demonstrate how her passion for wine is tooled for use in the business world. We can pair wine education with impactful business training as an entertaining aspect of training if you so choose. This option is a fun twist on trivia and useful wine knowledge (servings are modest and for tasting purposes only).

Connecting with people is the cornerstone for all Motovino services.  After discussing your goals, we draft a curriculum to meet your learning objectives. Custom workshops have included talks on "Civic Responsibility and Activism" and "Managing Your Resources: Time & Relationship Management". See below for a description of our most popular programs.
